Woman Yells Expletives At Him And Walks Away. That’s When He Does The Unthinkable (From Tabooya)

At Tabooya, we love sharing inspiring stories of people who decide to spread their kindness and even go so far as to challenge us to treat one another better.

This man, who decided to help a woman at a gas station, is an example of someone who looks out for others, even when they might not seem like they deserve the kindness.

He shared his story on Facebook to let others know that you never truly know what other people are going through.

Bryan Brown’s post inspired so many people on Facebook that it quickly went viral, being shared over 40,000 times, liked over 250,000 times, and even gathered over 15,000 comments.

He wrote:

“I was just in line at the gas station to get some gas minding my own business. It was this young lady in front of me taking forever. I overheard the cashier tell her that ‘both of the cards were declined’. She said, ‘Is something wrong with your machine?’ She turned around to walk away and I had a smile on my face.

She said to me ‘why are you f**king smiling?’ I said to her ‘watch your mouth; I always smile and you should too.’ I looked at the cashier and said, ‘What pump number is she on?’ He said, ‘Pump number two, why?’ I said, ‘Can I put $20 on pump number two for her?’ He said, ‘are you serious she was very rude to you’.

“It was another black guy behind me he said go ahead and fill it up… We both went half on her gas.

When we walked outside to tell her about the gas this lady apologized so many times, crying her eyes out. She went inside her truck to show us her new hire paperwork
She started work on Monday so she needed gas for the week until she gets paid… Lord thank you for reminding me of all the reasons why I should keep a smile on my face.”

“That goes to show you we never know what a person is going through And we all have a purpose on this earth!”

In a world where recent events of hate and violence are dominating the news, it’s so heartwarming to hear of acts of kindness like what Bryan did.

It’s important to take a step back and realize how blessed we are. Human beings are good at heart, and there are far more good guys than there are “bad” guys out there.

Kindness goes a long way. Please SHARE this with everyone you know.

Barry/Efryim Shore
Check out www.BarryShore.com Efryim attributes his positive attitude to a conversation he had with his aunt at the age of seven. Efryim, originally from Boston, was looking out the window on a stormy New England day. It was cold and rainy and Efryim could think of many reasons to be upset. “What a horrible day,” he exclaimed. Just then his aunt came up behind him and chided him for seeing the negative. “What are you talking about?” she asked. “The rain and snow are so good for the world. It helps the plants to grow, it fills the river basins, and gives us water to drink. We can’t survive without rain!” “That was a seminal moment in my life,” he recalls. “My eyes were different from then on. I realized that I had a choice whether to see the good in a situation, or to focus on the opposite. Sometimes in the midst of a very hot or rainy day you can find yourself beginning to grumble and complain. Stop yourself right before the negative words leave your mouth and say, ‘Thank God I’m alive; I’m walking; I can smile!’” Efryim’s signature on his email says www but it isn’t followed by a domain name. Instead he gives new definition to the acronym – “What a Wonderful World!” As far as he’s concerned, it truly is.
